BELIZE To be completely honest, I had never really researched much about Belize. Little did I know how incredibly diverse this Country was! With a splash of the Caribbean & a dash of Latin America Belize makes for an amazing Country to visit!
CAYE CAULKER An Island paradise. You arrive by boat to the island of Caye Caulker, surrounded by bright blue water, white sand and are instantly greeted by the friendliest locals you will ever meet!  Caye Caulker has no cars, you go everywhere by foot, bicycle or boat, the only traffic signs say "Go slow" which seems to be the Islands motto and the streets are filled reggae music & happiness! A highlight of Caye Caulker was spending the day on a boat Snorkelling with local guide Keith & Andy on "Stressless Tours" We swam with sharks, rays, eels and on the way back Keith took us to visit his very own secluded island! Along the way we glided through mangroves where Dolphins surrounded the boat! Everyone jumped straight in for a swim, unfortunately due to the mangroves the water was so dark we couldn't take any pictures, just one of those moments! I can't put into words how much i truly enjoyed being on the Island of caye Caulker, it really is like a dream!

SAN IGNACIO After a few hrs on a local bus listening to some serious Lionel Richie & Celine Dion power ballads, we arrived at San Ignacio! The local markets were filled with fresh fruit and our tummies were filled with Pupusa -  Cheese & Beans wrapped in fried corn flour tortillas with a side of cabbage. You can catch a local bus for around $1 USD to see a bunch of Ancient Ruin Sites. I absolutely loved seeing Xunantunich (Tuna Sandwich to the tourists) and Cahal Pech.
